The Anchoring seminar has been prepared to assist boaters in understanding the issues and problems involving the theories of anchor weight, the methods used to anchor, and the choices of anchor types for the area of boating. With the Automated Identification System (AIS) for marine vessels, you can avoid collisions in crowded waters by knowing the name, locations, speed and course of other boats and ships, how close they will come, and when to act.
