This is a fun seminar to help you get ready for a summer or a weekend of cruising with that all important ingredient, good eats.  The seminar will cover:

• How to plan for a weekend or month of cruising.
• Tips on how to keep your crew well fed and not work too hard at it.
• Galley utensils that keep it simple.
• Recipes for fun and easy clean-up.
• Safety in the Galley
• Storage tips.

Price for members of ABC and SJIYC is $5.  Discount will be taken at checkout.
