Learn to recognize the early signs of changing weather; how to anticipate storms, squalls, fog, and wind shifts; and become familiar with basic weather elements and how they affect your boating experience.  The focus in this seminar is the source of all the data shown in modern apps, the National Weather Service.  This seminar will cover the basics of weather and how it can be forecast, and presents many of the tools of modern forecasting that let you have confidence in planning your voyage.
